Termite Technician – Prime Pest and Lawn

Position Overview:

As a Lawn and Pest Technician, you’ll deliver 5-star customer service while performing initial pest control treatments for new customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Perform indoor and outdoor pest control applications with precision.

✔ Educate customers on service benefits and provide outstanding support.

✔ Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with office staff.

✔ Keep equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in top condition.

Qualifications:

✔ Must be fully licensed in Termite control in the state of New Mexico (licensed in Texas is also preferred).

✔ 1+ years of Termite Control Technician service (preferred).

✔ Valid driver’s license (must meet insurance standards).

✔ 21+ years old and eligible for state termite licensing (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

$17.00 - $22.00/hr + additional earnings opportunities

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Exposure to chemicals, pests, and structural hazards (safety gear provided).
