This position as Senior Development Specialist comprises great knowledge in textiles (circular knit, non-woven, woven, etc.) and PUR foams for the region, making a strong know-how and service to both plants San Luis Potosi and WInchester, USA.

The function is responsible for successful completion of complex development projects and incorporates the role of a technical expert. With this it strongly contributes to state of the art knowledge in the development team.

As advanced technical specialist the Senior Development Specialist works on novel ideas & innovations and consults project teams, peers and customers.

Qualifications

• Master / Bachelor in Textile Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related degrees with strong experience in textiles and PUR foams.
• > 3 years of technical experience in industry
• Proven project management experience in major projects
• Successfully completed projects with high complexity
• > 1 year experience in international projects
• High English skills.
