The Ticket Booth Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the ticket booth, ensuring smooth ticket sales, guest service excellence, and support for concessions operations. What you'll do
Ticketing Operations & Sales:
●Lead daily ticket booth operations, ensuring smooth and efficient ticket sales.
●Monitor and assist with POS transactions, cash handling, and balancing end-of-day sales reports.
●Ensure accurate and timely communication of trip schedules, pricing, and promotions.
●Ensures all public announcements are made clearly and on time throughout the day.
Team Leadership & Training:
●Support, guide, and train Ticket Booth Agents.
●Lead by example to maintain a professional, positive, and guest-focused environment.
●Assist Guest Services Supervisor with scheduling, shift coverage, and training initiatives.
Guest Services:
●Act as a first point of escalation for guest concerns and resolve customer service issues promptly.
●Greet guests warmly, answer questions about tours, and ensure a welcoming experience.
●Support concessions operations during peak periods as needed.
Administrative & Reporting:
●Assist with compiling and submitting daily sales reports and reconciliation paperwork.
●Communicate operational issues and guest feedback to the Guest Services Supervisor promptly.
●Maintain booth supplies and ensure workspaces are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Safety & Compliance:
●Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures and company policies.
●Support emergency procedures and assist with crowd management if needed.
Additional Duties:
●Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in ticket sales, retail, hospitality, or a guest services environment.
Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
Strong cash handling, POS, and sales reporting skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and strong commitment to providing excellent guest service.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
