About this role
As a Tipper Operative you will be responsible for ensuring that the production process is adhered in line with retailer requirements and to carry out necessary instructions as specified within production procedures and also ensuring that the Quality procedures are followed. Duties include, but are not limited to, online inspection of product prior to packing. Tipping of bins and accurate completion of associated traceability documentation. Handstacking of cases. Binning off product at freezer exit and completion of appropriate traceability and process documentation, as well as any other duties as instructed by your manager.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Good communicator
Desirable:
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Food hygiene training to level

- Good team worker, works to a high degree of accuracy and able to communicate effectively.
- Can work on own initiative and as part of a team, practical and pragmatic.
