Die Service & Repair

Position Summary:

The Die Service & Repair individual is responsible for the manufacturing & repair of Die Cast & Trim tooling, machine components, jigs, and fixtures.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Includes, but are not limited to:
  
• Manufacture, service and repair Injection Molds, Stamping Dies and components.
• Read and interpret prints, drawings, and written instructions for the purpose of repairing high-pressure injection molds, punches, jigs, and fixtures.
• Safely utilize all hand and power tools necessary to complete assigned tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist and train other Tool Shop personnel as directed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Trade Certification in a Metal Cutting Trade (Machinist, Mold, or Tool & Die Maker).
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Tig Welding experience considered an asset.
