What We’re Looking For in a Tow Truck Operator

  • Maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
    (Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes)

  • Safely operate company vehicles and equipment while following all safety procedures

  • Communicate clearly with Dispatch and the Towing Manager daily

  • Use company-provided phones and software to receive and manage calls

  • Provide professional, courteous customer service—especially in stressful situations

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment

  • Adapt to change with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Commit to learning, improvement, and growth within the company
