About the position

We are looking for a talented, service minded and detail-oriented Tracking Artist to join our team. Ideally, you would be based in Stockholm and able to commute to the office.

As a Tracking Artist, you’ll be responsible for high-quality camera tracks and object/ character matchmoves. You’ll work closely with production teams to ensure shots are tracked to its needs in the highest technical and creative standards.

Your work will include:

• Ingesting and quality controlling camera tracks and matchmoves from outsource vendors

• Ingesting and processing lidar material (such as photogrammetry or pointclouds) into geometry to use for camera track alignment

• Attend on track brief meetings, as a technical advisor, providing insights and raising questions to ensure all camera tracking and matchmove needs are covered and understood by outsource vendors

• Answering and problem solving questions coming from the outsource vendors and skill supervisors

• Create in house camera tracks and object/ character matchmoves

• Keeping close communication with the coordinators and PM's

• Follow studio pipelines, naming conventions, and technical standards

• Communicate clearly with supervisors and production regarding shot progress and potential issues.

• Take feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining a high standard of work

• Ingesting lens grid packages and other vendors files
