Trade Assistant / Brush Hands - Opportunity to learn

Recent projects of the Eptec Group include Warragamba Dam Pipeline, Brisbane X-River Rail, Sydney Metro Trains, Old Murray Bridge, Hobart Class Air Warfare Destroyers (AWD’s), Offshore Patrol Vessels (OPV’s) and the previous four Collins Class Submarine Full Cycle Dockings (FCD’s) in SA.

About the role:

We are seeking Trade Assistants and Brush Hands to join our growing team, based at Osborne, SA.

• Surface and paint preparation.
• General site maintenance
• Manual Handling/Laboring
• Usage of equipment's and hand power tools.
• Working in confined spaces
• Overtime and some weekend work available
• Opportunity for training & development

Skills/Experience:

• Industrial spray painter experience (Highly advantageous)
• Painting-decorating / Roller/brush experience (Handy)
• Strong safety mindset
• Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
• High Risk Tickets e.g. FL, EWP, confined space (desirable)
• Minimum 2-3 years demonstrated experience ideally.
• Team player and safety-first attitude
