We are seeking a detail-oriented Traffic and Logistics Admin to serve as a critical operational hub for our distribution and logistics operations. In this role, you will coordinate the seamless movement of loads across multiple facilities by managing driver dispatch, scheduling, and communication with internal teams and external partners. You will oversee daily traffic operations including driver check-ins, load tracking, and documentation while maintaining accurate records and ensuring on-time performance

• Track on time pick up for CESC loads

• Monitor email for loads ready at CESC

• Dispatch drivers to CESC

• Communicate with Uber / GW team on loads ready for pick up to IDC and SILC

• Schedule IDC and SILC loads on Uber portal

• Manage gate system for drivers checking into facility

• Greet drivers making deliveries

• Communicate with warehouse team on floor to get proper door assignments

• Send inbound paperwork to receiving team for processing

• Update driver log with in and out times for carriers making deliveries and maintain historical records

• Scan inbound and outbound paperwork and save appropriately in the drive for historical records

• Notate any OS&D on PODs

• Assist with answering emails on tracking / shipping questions to GLCCES@taservices.com

• Check break room / supply closet weekly and enter any needed PO’s for supplies

• Assist with scheduling driver appts

• Manage daily truck/check-in and checkout to minimize detention charges

• Help manage trailer/yard status for GLC and Pegasus trailers

• Coordinate with quality team to reduce parts the needed to ship back due to quality issues

• Assist with setting up Surgere portals

• Dock audits of lane assignments thru the Surgere portal

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced proficiency in Windows-based applications.
• Good command of the English language (B2+)
• Prior experience is preferred
