Key Responsibilities

• Learning how to safely reinstate roads, footpaths and other surfaces after utility works
• Preparing work areas, mixing and laying materials, compacting surfaces and completing finished reinstatement work
• Supporting safe site set-up, including signing, guarding and keeping work areas tidy
• Using hand tools, equipment and small plant safely under supervision
• Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality work for customers and local communities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• You enjoy practical, outdoor work and are happy working in all weathers
• You’re reliable, punctual and willing to learn from experienced colleagues
• You take safety seriously and can follow instructions carefully
• You take pride in your work
• You work well in a team and communicate clearly
• A full UK driving license is essential
