Training Support Administrator

Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster. As a Scheduling Administrator, you will coordinate resource allocation and produce timetables to support the successful delivery of training programs for the Royal Navy.

Job Description:

🕒 Full-time role – 37.5 hours
📍 Horsea Island (Portsmouth)

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate scheduling of training programmes, including creating and maintaining timetables
• Allocate resources (trainers, rooms, equipment) to ensure smooth delivery of courses
• Maintain and update course schedules and templates within internal systems
• Publish training schedules and course information on relevant platforms
• Support changes to schedules, ensuring updates are accurately reflected and communicated
• Provide administrative support for training delivery, including coordinating visits, venues, and guest speakers
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure all scheduling and resource requirements are met
• Assist with reporting and general scheduling administration, including handling queries and supporting day-to-day operations
• Future planning of Training Courses

What we’re looking for:

Essential:

• Previous experience as an administrator/coordinator
• Strong MS Office skills
• Adaptable
• Excellent communication skills
