Transaction Services & Restructuring - Analyst

We are currently looking for an ambitious and diligent individual to join our Transaction Services & Restructuring team in Amsterdam as an Analyst.

• You will plan, execute and deliver Transaction Services and Restructuring projects for front-ranking private equity and corporate clients

• You will work in diverse teams and help conducting analyses, with a full exposure to all stages of the transaction

• You will be responsible for timely execution of assignments to a high standard

• Your team members participate in your day-to-day training and help you acquire all the technical knowledge required to work autonomously within the team

Requirements

To ensure that we find the best candidate for this position, we expect our future Analyst to have :

• A Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business administration, or business economics

• Previous internships or work experience in corporate finance (audit, M&A, banking and other related fields) is a plus

• Financial analytical skills are considered as an asset

• An entrepreneurial mindset and a hunger to be exposed to challenging projects

• A drive to solve new issues in a practical and creative manner

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a great team player

• Fluency in Dutch and English is a strong asset

• Eagerness to work on cross border assignments

• Eligibility to work in the EU
