Job Title: Travel Booking Agent (Sabre Experience Preferred)

Remote | Full-Time

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Travel Booking Agent to handle incoming calls and assist clients with booking flights for our travel agency. The ideal candidate will have experience using ** Sabre** and a strong understanding of airline booking processes.

In this role, you will assist clients in finding and booking the best flight options while providing excellent customer service. Many of our bookings involve flights purchased using **credit card reward points **, so experience with points-based travel bookings is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from clients requesting flight bookings
• Search and book flights using the Sabre reservation system
• Provide clients with flight options, pricing, and itinerary details
• Assist with bookings made using credit card travel points or reward programs
• Confirm reservations and ensure all booking details are accurate
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and rebookings when needed
• Maintain clear communication with clients and provide excellent service
• Keep accurate records of reservations and customer information

Requirements

• Experience using Sabre GDS for flight bookings
• Previous experience working in a travel agency or airline booking environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle incoming calls professionally
• Attention to detail when processing bookings
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
