We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RN) that are interested in traveling to Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Utah, Missouri, Tennessee and Kentucky.
Here at Giving Home Health Care we provide our patients with the ability to remain safely in their home while providing quality care and comfort. This position is ideal for Nurses that want a change of pace from the hospital or clinical settings and have the flexibility back in their schedule.

Requirements:

  • Contracts are available in Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.
  • Complete nursing assessment.
  • Monitor for changes in patient condition such as weight loss/gain, self-care abilities, indicators of disease progression.
  • Take vitals.
  • Monitor GI intake and output.
  • Provide education and training to patients, family, and home health aide.
  • Medication management.
  • Other duties are based on patient care plan.
  • Must have the ability to care for individuals from basic medical management up to end of life care.
  • Qualifications:

  • Must have valid compact license.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Job Type: Contract
