Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Travel Support Specialist. This remote role focuses on assisting clients with travel-related inquiries, supporting reservation coordination, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the booking process.

This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior travel experience is required. Structured onboarding and training are provided.

Respond to client inquiries regarding travel options, reservations, and itinerary details

Assist with coordinating and confirming bookings for hotels, cruises, and vacation packages

Review travel information for accuracy, including dates, traveler details, and accommodations

Provide timely updates and clear communication before and after travel

Maintain organized records of client interactions and reservations

Deliver professional and responsive customer support
