SPAR Marketing Force is hiring a hands-on Traveling General Labor Team Lead to oversee crews working on retail remodels, resets, installations, and other project-based work. If you’re comfortable leading a team, working alongside your crew, and keeping projects on track, we’d like to hear from you.
You’ll lead approximately 8–12 team members while working alongside them to complete project tasks safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Pay and schedule
- $24–$26 per hour
- Overnight shifts, typically 8:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; scheduled days vary by project
- Extensive travel, with hotel accommodations provided
- Mileage reimbursement, meal per diem, tolls, and approved expenses

What you’ll do
Lead and support crew members, assign daily tasks, monitor work quality, communicate project progress, and help keep projects on schedule. Work may include general labor, shelving and fixture installation, signage, merchandising resets, store remodels, moving materials, and other hands-on project tasks.
What you’ll bring
Experience leading a crew in general labor, retail, construction, remodeling, installation, or similar hands-on work. The ability to use hand and power tools, follow instructions and project plans, and work effectively as part of a team. Must be able to travel extensively, work overnight shifts, and repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
