Traveller Support Agent - Bilingual English and Arabic (Middle Eastern dialects) Speaker - Dakar – Remote

We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Travel Support Agent to join our team and contribute to smooth, personalized travel experiences for an international clientele.

Your role
You’ll be part of a dynamic travel operations team, supporting different stakeholders throughout the travel journey and helping ensure that requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of service.

The role involves managing requests, coordinating with different partners, finding solutions, and handling unexpected situations in a fast-paced international environment.

What we’re looking for:

Position open only to residents of Dakar.

3+ years of experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or a related field
Fluent English and Arabic (Middle Eastern dialects) required. French is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused
Comfortable managing multiple requests and priorities
Autonomous, organized, and quick to learn
Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems
Flexible and adaptable, including working flexible hours when required
Genuine interest in travel and international destinations
