What team will you be a part of?

The Treasury team is a lean, high-impact function responsible for the financial infrastructure behind Headway Inc's global operations — from cash management and payments to banking relationships, compliance, and automation. We work at the intersection of finance, banking, and technology, ensuring the group's money moves efficiently and at scale across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

• Want to go beyond routine payments and contribute to building scalable treasury processes and automation from the ground up.

What will you do:

• Manage daily payment operations, including cross-border transfers and intra-group settlements.

• Handle short- and mid-term liquidity management: placing funds, researching deposit rates, and optimizing FX conditions.

• Build and maintain relationships with international banking partners — account opening, onboarding, complex bank requests, and compliance procedures (KYC/AML).

• Analyze banking fees and tariff structures, identify better service conditions.

• Work with ERP systems and contribute to treasury automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company.

What you need to join us:

• 3+ years in treasury or finance (2.5+ considered).

• B2–C1 English — confident spoken and written professional communication.

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Experience managing high-volume payments (100+ per month).

• Experience with international banks.

• Solid understanding of payment systems, banking compliance, KYC/AML procedures.

• Critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and a numbers-first mindset.

Working schedule

This is a full-time position with a hybrid option. It means that you can decide for yourself whether you want to work from the office or combine these options.
