Key Responsibilities
In this internship, you’ll need…
- Advanced college student or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or other related engineering or technical fields at an accredited university.
- Basic to intermediate programming knowledge is preferred (e.g., Python, SQL, VBA, or similar) for data analysis, automation, or performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Interest or experience in quality systems, continuous improvement, or manufacturing processes is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Familiarity with data handling, reporting tools, or dashboards is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Schedule availability to allocate +24 hours a week on the internship project.
