POSITION SUMMARY
The Tribal Resources Coordinator assists Tribal Members in accessing services available through the Public Law 102-477 Program (P.L. 102-477). This position provides administrative and client support by helping Tribal Members understand available programs, complete applications, and connect with education, employment, and training opportunities.
The Coordinator maintains accurate records, protects confidential information, and supports program reporting and compliance requirements. This position serves as a welcoming point of contact for Tribal Members seeking assistance and helps ensure services are delivered in a respectful, culturally responsive, and organized manner.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist adult Tribal Members with completing applications and required paperwork for services provided under P.L. 102-477 programs.
- Provide information about available training, education, employment, and supportive services.
- Maintain organized and accurate client records, files, and program documentation.
- Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and program tracking systems.
- Monitor application status and assist clients with follow-up documentation when needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of Tribal Member information and records.
- Provide general administrative support including document preparation, scheduling, and file management.
- Assist with compiling program reports and maintaining compliance documentation.
- Communicate professionally with Tribal Members, staff, and partner agencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF ALL STAFF
- Works safely in accordance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Immediately reports unsafe conditions, hazards, or injuries to HR or the designated safety contact.
- Attends all mandatory special events, meetings, and trainings.
- Assists with special events, meetings, and trainings as necessary.

- Embodies Tribal values throughout all work.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL SUPERVISORY DUTIES

- Knowledge of applicable state, federal, and Tribal program regulations, and the ability to interpret and apply them when assisting clients and administering program services.
- Strong organizational, case documentation, and record-keeping skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining program files and tracking services.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality work.
- Ability to work independently with sound judgment, initiative, and effective time management.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with clients, coworkers, and partner organizations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least two (2) years of office or administrative work experience.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain an insurable driving record in accordance with the company’s auto insurance policy requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Higher education in Human Services, Social Work, or other relevant field.
- Experience assisting clients in accessing services, benefits, or community programs.
- Experience working in Tribal government, social services, workforce development, or community programs.
- Knowledge of or familiarity with Public Law 102-477 programs or workforce development services.
- Experience maintaining case files or program documentation.
