UAT/Defect Coordinator Role

Ø5 years of strong hands-on experience in defect coordination for QA and UAT

ØStrong communication & presentation skills (both written & verbal) and should be self-driven

ØMinimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM’s CLM (Rational Quality Manager/Rational Test Concert)

ØGood working knowledge in MS Excel macros to build reports out of defect data from multiple projects

ØStrong testing concepts & methodologies and be able to work hands-on testing in a dynamic environment

ØThorough knowledge and experience in overall defect management life cycle, driving the defect triage by closely working with Dev, QA, PMO

ØProven track record in client facing roles managing various stakeholders of the project/program representing QA team

ØGenerate report metrics from CLM as needed by the Project management and client leadership

ØCoordinate and facilitate daily or weekly defect triage/status meetings.
