We’re looking for a skillful UI Diagnostics Engineer to join our growing team:
A.Responsibilities (essential to the position)
- Plan and execute the diagnostic and test tools to use in automotive embedded infotainment system. This includes working with engineering teams in the development and testing of software/hardware diagnostic tools.
- Work with back-end database systems to bridge information from a variety of sources to improve user interface integration diagnostics.
- Create test automation scripts.
- Develop simulation tools that allow simulation of the vehicle signals.
- Support integration of ticketing systems.
- Set up tracing environment
Qualifications
B. Requirements:
1. Industry background:
·5+ years of experience in app building, testing, debugging and deployment
·Experience with high traffic, high availability applications
·Experience with scripting using Python, Shell
·Strong engineering and program management skills with a track record of success working in cross functional development teams
·Strong record of innovation demonstrated through patents, papers or products
2. Knowledge and skills:
·Experience developing product in UNIX environment or Unity 3D
·Experience with software project management, familiar with agile methodology
·Desired experience: Embedded systems and/or Automotive, Automotive electrics and mechanics knowledge
3. Education / Training:
·Bachelor in Automotive/Embedded Software/Mechanical Engineering/Systems Engineering with 5+ years of work experience
·Strong presentation skills and excellent interpersonal skills; fun, outgoing and easy to work with
·Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision to achieve objectives
