UI UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Dashboard Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards that transform complex data into clear and actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, data teams, and developers to create engaging dashboard experiences that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging dashboards for business and operational reporting.
• Create clear and effective KPI visualizations that support data-driven decision-making.
• Transform complex datasets into user-friendly and easy-to-understand dashboard layouts.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe Illustrator.
• Create illustrations and basic 3D visual elements when required.
• Apply best practices in layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Collaborate with product, business, and development teams to ensure successful implementation of designs.
• Continuously improve dashboard usability based on stakeholder feedback and business needs.
• Maintain consistency across dashboard designs and visual assets.

• Proven experience in dashboard design and data visualization.
• Strong visual design skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to create clear, engaging, and user-friendly dashboard layouts.
• Good understanding of data visualization principles and KPI presentation.
• Illustration and basic 3D drawing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant dashboard, UI/UX, or data visualization projects is required.
