UI/UX Designer (3–5 Years Experience)

About the Opportunity

Flyte Solutions Ltd. is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and work on enterprise-scale digital banking solutions for one of Bangladesh's leading private commercial banks.

The selected candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to design intuitive, modern, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for enterprise web and mobile applications.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
• Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.
• Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure responsive, consistent, and accessible user experiences across all platforms.
• Participate in usability testing and continuously improve product usability.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CSE, Software Engineering, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, banking systems, ERP, CRM, or large business applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications.
• Knowledge of Material Design and modern design systems.
• Good understanding of frontend, React.js, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools.
