UI/UX Designer

UI/UX Designer

The role will:

• Designs user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; prepares the corresponding BRDs for assigned projects and defines requirements for their handover and implementation by IT. Proposes improvements based on usability principles and collaborates with IT & Digital teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Creates modern and functional UI designs, ensures brand consistency across all digital assets, and develops design systems and components.
• Designs landing pages with the goal of maximizing lead generation, monitors performance metrics, and recommends improvements.
• Designs digital assets for CX, Corporate, Product, Trade, and Billing; collaborates with Brand & Marketing on 360° campaigns and supports agencies in maintaining digital design consistency.
• Creates and manages content for corporate websites and apps.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (desirable)
• 2+ years of experience in UX/UI Design
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience with Figma / design systems
• Good understanding of usability & conversion principles
• Basic understanding of web analytics
• Excellent command of English
