Qualifications

Skills Required: • Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, user interface design as well as industry best practices • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Axure preferred. • A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and the creative/design process • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization, user-flows, wireframes, and site mapping • Hands-on experience with Javascript, jQuery, Angular JS • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing • Proven ability to supervise, train and grow employees • Must be detail-oriented and able to use time management skills to deal with multiple projects and tight timelines • Is passionate, energetic, and possesses an outgoing, upbeat, positive attitude Must have a web design portfolio of past work to show
