UI/UX Designer — Mid-Level / Senior

🚀 We’re Hiring | UI/UX Designers

Flyte Solutions Ltd. is expanding its design talent pool and looking for creative and experienced UI/UX Designers to support digital products, enterprise applications and technology resource-augmentation engagements.

We are particularly interested in designers who can create intuitive, accessible and scalable user experiences for banking, fintech, telecom, insurance and other enterprise environments.

Position

Mid-Level UI/UX Designer: 3–5 Years
Senior UI/UX Designer: 5–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-time
Work Arrangement: On-site / Hybrid / Client Deployment
Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, stakeholder discussions and requirement analysis.
• Translate business requirements into user journeys, information architecture and intuitive workflows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design responsive web and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems and UI components.
• Apply UX principles to simplify complex enterprise workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers and QA teams.
• Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
• Ensure consistency across screens, platforms and user journeys.
• Prepare design specifications and handoff materials for development teams.
• Review implemented interfaces and ensure alignment with approved designs.

Enterprise / Domain Exposure

Experience designing products or applications for:

• Banking & Digital Banking
• Fintech & Payment Platforms
• Telecom & Digital Services
• Insurance
• Enterprise / B2B Applications
• Customer Portals and Self-Service Platforms

Experience working with complex workflows, dashboards, transaction journeys, customer onboarding, authentication, approval workflows or data-intensive interfaces will be an advantage.

Senior-Level Expectations

Senior candidates will additionally be expected to:

• Lead UX strategy and design for complex products or modules.
• Establish and maintain design systems and standards.
• Conduct design reviews and provide UX direction.
• Mentor Mid-Level and Junior designers.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders where required.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, user-centric experiences.

## Qualifications

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Design, CSE, HCI, Multimedia, Fine Arts or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of professional UI/UX design experience, depending on level.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX research, interaction design and visual design.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Good knowledge of usability and accessibility principles.
• Ability to work effectively with development and product teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX work is required.

Preferred Skills

Figma | Design Systems | Prototyping | UX Research | Usability Testing | Information Architecture | Interaction Design | Responsive Design | Accessibility | Adobe Creative Suite

Experience with designing enterprise applications and regulated-industry products will be highly valued.
