What You Will Do
- Patrol and monitor our premises to deter issues before they arise and ensure everyone feels secure.
- Control access points professionally while greeting people warmly and verifying they belong.
- Respond quickly and thoughtfully to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies.
- Monitor cameras and security systems with sharp attention to detail.
- Document incidents clearly and accurately.
- Assist visitors and team members with questions or concerns.
- Enforce policies consistently and fairly.
- Provide basic first aid or CPR when needed.
- Collaborate with your team and emergency services as needed.
Schedule
Swing and Night shifts available, Sunday through Saturday (7 days a week). We offer flexibility where possible to support work-life balance.
Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates will bring:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid state-issued unarmed security license.
- A valid state-issued drivers license.
- Reliability, maturity, and the ability to stay composed in stressful situations.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Physical fitness to stand and walk for long periods.
- A track record of honesty, dependability, and good judgment.
Previous security experience is helpful but not required. We train motivated people who fit our culture.
