What will you do?

As part of the Legal team, your day-to-day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

• Support the migration of legacy legal documents into structured digital formats, ensuring compliance and data integrity
• Perform due diligence in legal administration for sales contractual closure
• Responsible for organizing, managing, and securing physical and digital records, retrieving requested documents for authorized personnel to ensure smooth daily business operations
• Provide administrative support to the legal team as required

Qualifications

• Pursuing studies in Technology/Law related studies
• Comfortable in using Microsoft Office Suite [Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel & Word]
• Positive attitude
• Well-organized, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong willingness to learn about digital tools, document management, and internal processes

Bonus Skills / Interests

• Interest in Tech, digitalisation, or content management systems
• Interest in law and legal processes — no background required
• Enjoys organizing information and improving processes
