Short Description

Assumes responsibility for record keeping, and intra-departmental and Inter-departmental communications.

Experience Required

  • Previous hospital unit secretary, medical office assistant or medical records experience preferred.
  • Additional unit-specific qualification may be required.
  • Clerical, communication and customer service experience a plus.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Special Requirements

  • Shift Requirements
    • 7AM-3:30PM
    • 4 shifts every 6 weeks
    • 3 weekend shifts, 1 weekday
    • 1 major winter, 1 major summer, & 1 hallmark holiday
