Sourcing though portals, field sourcing and employee referrals
Source through local partners
Coordinate with TMI central team
Interview Coordination
Coordinate interview panel (BMs & ZMs)
Document collection from candidates
Interview feedback forms/dockets
Induction coordination
Direct walkin management
HR SPOC for BSLI BMs/ZMs
HR SPOC for Local Partners
HR SPOC for candidates
