Hours: Full-Time.

The US Fulfilment Associate Mission:

We're looking for a temporary Fulfilment Associate to join our team in the US and play a key role in the success of our US operations. Driven by our values, this role will ensure our operations scale with purpose, precision, and heart.

How you'll drive success:

• Carefully pick and pack online orders, making sure every detail is right for our customers.

• Help keep our inventory beautifully organised and accurate, so the whole team can rely on it.

• Welcome and process inbound deliveries quickly and efficiently.

• Present each product with thought and care, so every package truly reflects the Astrid & Miyu experience.

• Work closely with the team, supporting one another as our volumes grow.

• Take pride in keeping our workspace tidy, safe, and inspiring for everyone.

• Aim to hit daily goals while staying flexible and proactive when challenges arise

• Handle customer returns with care, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful process.

What you'll need to thrive:

• Previous experience in fulfilment, logistics, or operations is a bonus - but what matters most is your eagerness to learn.

• You’ve got a hands-on approach and feel comfortable balancing different priorities as they come your way.

• You care about the details and take pride in what you’re doing, delivering exceptional customer service.
