User Access Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized, reliable coordinator to manage access requests and keep things moving. This role is not technical — it's about tracking requests, communicating clearly, and following up consistently to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Essential Functions
- Track and manage a high volume of requests using a shared tracking system
- Send and respond to emails to request information and follow up on outstanding items
- Monitor open requests and follow up regularly until they are completed
- Keep all tracking data accurate and up to date
- Identify delays and flag issues that need escalation
- Use templates and standard processes to keep communication consistent
Work Schedule & Location
- This position is on-site in Brentwood, Tennessee
- Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- We are a 24x7x365 business and rotational after-hours support may be required

Required:

- Clear, professional written communication
- Ability to stay organized across many open items
- Consistent follow-through and reliability
