UX Business Developer

We're looking for a UX Business Developer to help us grow by combining a user-centered mindset with commercial strategy.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Design, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field who is curious about the intersection of UX, innovation, and business development.

Requirements

• Support the identification and qualification of new business opportunities in national and international markets;

• Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations;

• Assist in managing procurement processes, public tenders, and commercial documentation;

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends;

• Maintain and update CRM data, ensuring accurate commercial pipeline management;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to help shape compelling value propositions centered on user experience.

Responsibilities

• Degree in Business, Design, Communication, Marketing, or a related field;

• Interest in UX, technology, innovation, and business development;

• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills;

• Analytical mindset with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;

• Native or fluent Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (mandatory);

• Up to 2 years of professional experience (internships included);

• Familiarity with procurement platforms and public tender processes is a plus.
