1. Oversee the development from initial conception through submission to theAndroidor Apple marketplaces
2. Responsible and determinant
3. Ability to drive efforts and work independently when needed
4. Have apps on app stores that show your work, capabilities and maturity for your development
5. Willingness to work on new technologies and learn new frameworks
6. Attend industry events/ conference both attending and presenting
7. Good understanding of OO programming skills in Java and design patterns
8. Must be capable of trouble shooting and code enhancements
