Valet

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Valet Driver & Lot Attendant to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, efficient, and customer-focused service environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in valet driving and lot management, with a strong attention to detail and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles in a timely manner
• Maintain organization and flow of the vehicle lot
• Manage lot inventory and ensure accurate vehicle placement
• Assist with customer vehicle drop-off and pick-up
• Check in and check out loaner vehicles, ensuring proper documentation and condition reporting
• Perform basic inspections of vehicles upon arrival and departure
• Coordinate with service advisors and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a valet driver and/or lot attendant (required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Availability to work Saturdays (required)
