Reeds Rains in Salford are looking to recruit a highly motivated Valuation Manager on a full time, permanent basis. No experience required although beneficial.

As a Valuation Manager working at Reeds Rains, we offer:

• On Target Earnings (OTE) of £35,000 per annum - UNCAPPED
• Additional £4,000 per annum car allowance
• Incentivised commission and performance bonuses
• A 5-day working week
• 25 days’ holiday excluding bank holidays

In the role of a Valuation Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by:

• Generating and conducting Sales Valuation appointments
• Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
• Proactively prospecting for new business
• Growing local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Always displaying excellent customer service

No experience required as full training can be given. Preferably you will have experience working in Estate Agency as either a Senior Negotiator looking for progression or Valuer looking for a bigger challenge and looking for the next step in your career. This is an excellent opportunity for a tenacious and driven individual looking to make a real stamp on the branch success story.

A full UK driving license is essential.
