VAM SYSTEMS is currently looking for Senior Frontend Developer for our Qatar operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:

Skill Set required:

• Highly proficient with HTML5, CSS3 with a strong focus on Responsive Web Design
• Highly proficient with modular and maintainable CSS
• Experience working with relative and fixed units, grid systems, web typography and media queries
• Proficient in Javascript with experience using JS libraries (JQuery, Modernizr, etc)
• Understanding of major browsers and browser development tools
• Experience in Version control systems (Subversion, Git)
• Understanding of web accessibility issues and appropriate methods for testing these
• Experience of Agile development practices including TDD & BDD and their application.
• Working knowledge of major operating systems, including Windows, OSX and Linux.

Recommend Skills

• Experience in the design and execution effective functional tests (Cucumber, Selenium, PhantomJS)
• Experience developing with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS)
• Technical leadership experience
• Experience of supporting, modifying and maintaining systems and code developed by 3rd parties.
• Experience using continuous integration as an integral part of a project.
• Using test automation framework, code quality tools and performance analysis tools
• Experience of working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams with a focus on delivery in a rapidly changing environment

Experience Required: 5 Years
