We have a great opportunity for a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Crown Toyota, located at the Waverly Auto Mall, where we are ranked #1 in volume across all dealership brands in Manitoba and offer top industry training to guide your success.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Meet and greet service customers and provide customers with the right appraisal value of their vehicle
• 
  Manage outgoing calls and respond to lead inquiries
• 
  Help obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores
• 
  Generate and maximize purchase appointments
• 
  Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  
• Cold call service customers in order to get them trade their existing vehicles and upgrade into new ones

Requirements:

• Must have a valid drivers license
• Previous customer service experience as well as vehicle acquisition experience is preferred
• Highly organized with an ability to learn new skills quickly
• Proficient in computer skills
• Able to work individually and team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
