The Vertical Market Manager for FFI-Sealing & Bonding will drive market growth and strategic initiatives within this specialized vertical market segment. This role requires a strategic professional who will conduct comprehensive market analysis, develop targeted go-to-market strategies, and cultivate key customer relationships to support the Business Unit's objectives and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Conduct comprehensive market analysis and industry research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities within the FFI-Sealing & Bonding vertical market segment.
• Define target customer segments and develop detailed competitive landscape assessments to identify differentiation and positioning opportunities.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing and sales strategies specifically tailored to the FFI-Sealing & Bonding vertical market requirements and customer needs.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the vertical market to drive business development and customer retention.
• Implement multi-channel marketing initiatives to enhance market presence, strengthen brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
• Optimize resource allocation and budget management to ensure efficient and effective deployment of marketing and sales initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership demonstrating initiative results, market performance metrics, and return on investment.
• Foster a collaborative culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the vertical market team and broader business unit.
• Support cross-functional vertical market teams and contribute to the achievement of Business Unit and Sika Qatar strategic objectives and annual performance targets.

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering) or equivalent discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business software applications
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with demonstrated ability to prepare professional reports and presentations
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in vertical market management, business development, or strategic marketing within the industrial or specialty chemicals sector
• Proven track record of developing and executing go-to-market strategies and driving revenue growth
• Strong analytical and market research capabilities with experience in competitive landscape assessment

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Experience in the sealing, bonding, or construction materials industry
• Proficiency in Arabic language
• Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing analytics platforms
