About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced vet who’s ready to guide, mentor and shape the next generation. You’ll be leading a friendly, supportive team of 5 vets and 6 nurses, including a recent grad and a new grad who are eager to learn from you.

You’ll have the autonomy to run the clinic your way, with the backing of an Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director who’ll support your ideas and help you put them into action.

The current Veterinary Director is stepping into a specialist training pathway, leaving a well-run clinic and motivated team ready for their next chapter.

The Clinic

Located next to Petbarn, Greencross Kawana Waters is designed for great workflow and modern practice:

• 4 consult rooms and 2 surgical theatres

• Separate feline waiting area, cat ward and dog ward

• Ultrasound, digital radiography and IM3 dental setup

• Access to network-wide clinical support, education and AI note-taking technology

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience

• Strong surgical and/or medical skills

• Ability to mentor and support less-experienced vets

• A genuine passion for leadership and high-quality care

• Eligibility for veterinary registration in Australia
