We are seeking a Vibration Technician in our Taylor, MI location.
On the job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
What You’ll Do:
·Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product.
·Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems.
·Perform field balancing as required.
·Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis.

What We Need from You:
·High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
·Certified in vibration analysis. Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred.
·Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred.
·Ability to read blueprints, precision measure devices and knowledge of bearing assemblies.
·Knowledge of servo spindle drives is considered a plus.
·Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment.
·Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
·Effective communication skills (oral / written)
