- Ensure ITC's technical strategy remains scalable, supportable, secure, and commercially viable.
3. AI, Automation & Innovation
- Own ITC's enterprise AI, automation, and innovation strategy.
- Lead the AI and Automation team and establish a prioritized company-wide roadmap.
- Identify opportunities across Operations, Client Success, Revenue, Finance, and other departments where AI and automation can materially improve performance.
- Establish measurable business cases and ROI expectations for significant initiatives.
- Drive automation of repetitive processes, technical controls, reporting, integrations, and workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and determine where ITC should invest, experiment, scale, or avoid.

4. Technology Platforms & Product Evolution
- Own the strategic technology roadmap for major technology platforms assigned to the Technology organization.
- Ensure platform capabilities, architecture, integrations, reliability, scalability, and lifecycle align with ITC's long-term strategy.
- Evaluate new capabilities, vendors, integrations, and technologies that can improve or differentiate ITC's service offerings.
- Partner with Revenue, Client Success, and Operations to translate technology capabilities into scalable client offerings.
- Ensure platform strategy and innovation remain connected to client demand, competitive positioning, and financial performance.
- Maintain clear separation between platform ownership and expertise within Technology and implementation/service delivery within Operations.
5. Technology Enablement & Organizational Partnership
- Provide Operations with the architecture, standards, tooling, automation, and technical enablement required to execute consistently.
- Partner with the Director of Proactive Services to establish the technical foundation supporting client technology-health standards and controls.
- Provide Client Success and vCIOs with technical direction, lifecycle requirements, and architecture needed to develop effective client technology roadmaps.
- Partner with Cybersecurity to ensure technology architecture and innovation align with security requirements.
- Develop technical enablement, documentation, and knowledge-transfer processes that increase the capabilities of ITC's delivery teams.
- Establish a clear process for systemic, architectural, and platform-level technical escalations without allowing Technology to become another service desk.
- Break down cross-department barriers that prevent technology initiatives from being implemented successfully.
6. Lead, Manage, and Accountability
- Lead, manage, and develop the Technology & Innovation organization.
- Provide leadership and accountability for the Director of ITC Cloud, AI/Automation team, and designated technology architecture/SME resources.
- Establish clear roles, ownership, scorecards, KPIs, priorities, and operating rhythms.
- Hold technology leaders and assigned SMEs accountable for measurable outcomes.
- Develop future technology leaders and establish succession plans for critical technical capabilities.
- Build a culture of ownership, innovation, standardization, continuous improvement, and execution.
- Build the organization deliberately, leveraging existing talent and automation before adding unnecessary headcount.
- Ensure Technology & Innovation produces measurable value for ITC rather than becoming a research or escalation function.
