Get Licensed is a fast-paced technology business at heart (the majority of our team are developers or tech wizards), and we are at an exciting stage of our business, having tripled since 2020. We have ambitious plans to significantly scale our existing business, broaden our product suite, and continue to grow profitably revenue year on year, with a clear roadmap of how we will get there. We are looking for a full-time Video Editor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects who is eager to develop their editing abilities. You'll work on refining raw footage, applying basic color correction, and using simple motion graphics & animations to enhance video content.

What you will be doing:

• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos.
• Perform basic color correction and audio enhancements.
• Create simple motion graphics and animations using After Effects
• Cut, trim, and sequence footage to match project briefs.
• Maintain consistency in branding and visual style across videos.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visual storytelling.
• Ensure all final edits meet technical and creative standards.
• Manage video assets and organize files efficiently.

What we are looking for:

• A portfolio or examples of previous video editing work. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or equivalent software).
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of video editing fundamentals, including pacing, storytelling, and transitions.
• Ability to perform color correction and audio editing.
• Some experience with motion graphics/animations.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for composition.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
