Video Editor (Work from Home)

In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for editing B2B video content - including executive interviews, panel discussions, and podcasts - that align with our editorial and commercial objectives.

What you'll do

You'll take raw footage from interviews, panels, and podcast recordings through to polished final cuts — tightening pacing, cutting between multiple camera angles, cleaning up audio sync, and producing clips suitable for both long-form and social/short-form distribution.

What you bring

• Strong portfolio demonstrating attention to detail — clean cuts, accurate audio sync, consistent colour and audio levels across sources
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (lower thirds, titles, motion graphics)
• Experience editing multi-camera interview, panel, or podcast footage
• Ability to cut long-form content down into short-form/social clips
• Reliable remote setup, strong self-management, comfort with weekly deadlines
  
• Willing to work mid shift, PH time - 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
  

Nice to haves

• Experience using AI production tools such as HeyGen (AI avatars/presenters), ElevenLabs (AI voice/audio), and Pixverse (AI video generation) — not essential, but a strong plus
• Experience with podcast editing workflows (multi-track audio, noise reduction)
• Colour grading experience
