An enterprise client is seeking a Video Production Agency with access to a professional filming studio to support product video production for a global technology brand. This opportunity focuses on producing high-quality product marketing videos and technical product demonstrations using scripts, creative direction, and production requirements provided by the client's internal marketing team.

The selected agency will become a long-term production partner responsible for creating engaging product videos, building realistic filming environments, and delivering production assets that meet enterprise-quality standards. What You'll Do:

• Film high-quality product marketing videos and technical product demonstrations in a professional studio environment.
• Build realistic product-use environments, such as home office or workspace setups, to showcase technology products naturally.
• Design and construct custom studio sets based on project requirements.
• Prepare and operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment throughout production.
• Follow production scripts, creative direction, and shot lists provided by the client.
• Capture footage using professional multi-camera production workflows (DCI 4K preferred).
• Deliver organized raw and compressed video footage that meets the client's technical specifications.
• Provide clean rough-cut edits with basic color correction for client review and validation when required.
• Collaborate closely with remote marketing, creative, and editing teams throughout the production process.
• Maintain consistent production quality, visual standards, and brand guidelines across multiple projects.
• Manage production schedules and meet agreed project timelines.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Professional video production agency with a fully equipped filming studio located in Bangalore or a nearby city, with the ability to travel to the HP Bangalore office when needed to collect products for filming.
• Proven experience producing commercial, product marketing, or technology-focused videos.
• Professional studio equipped with high-quality cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production infrastructure.
• Experience creating realistic filming environments rather than simple neutral backdrops.
• Strong understanding of studio lighting, camera operation, production workflows, and set design.
• Ability to deliver high-quality raw footage and production assets for remote post-production teams.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with distributed creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple production projects while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines.

• This is an ongoing, project-based engagement with work assigned as needed throughout the year based on product launches and marketing initiatives.
• The client is looking for one long-term production partner rather than multiple vendors.
• Scripts, creative direction, and production requirements will be provided by the client.
• Agencies shortlisted for the next stage will be contacted directly by the Hiring Manager and invited to complete a paid pilot project.
• A typical pilot project may include:
  • One fully produced marketing video (approximately 2 minutes)
  • One technical product demonstration video (approximately 3–4 minutes)
  • Custom home office-style set design and build
  • Multi-camera production (DCI 4K preferred)
  • Consistent lighting and environment design
  • Delivery of raw footage, compressed footage, and two rough-cut videos with basic color correction for validation
• Production responsibilities may include creative direction, set design and construction, filming, and basic editing for review purposes.
• Agencies located outside Bangalore may still be considered, provided they can travel to the HP Bangalore office to collect products required for filming.
• Compensation is competitive and will be discussed with shortlisted agencies. As a reference, a similar pilot project completed in another region was valued at approximately USD $1,500, although the budget for this engagement remains flexible based on experience and capabilities.
• The process for providing products for filming is currently being finalized and will be shared with shortlisted agencies once confirmed by the hiring team.
