Als Videograf / Video Producer (m/w/d) verantwortest du die Umsetzung kreativer Konzepte und Produktionen und prägst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung der Brand.

Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Videoproduktionen für die Top Brands in DACH
- Directing von Talent und Komparsen für authentischen, nativen Content
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern
- Analyse der KPIs und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Assets
- Top 1% Creative Training im Wert von 100k€+
Qualifikation
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung on set – idealerweise im Creator-, Agentur- oder Produktionsumfeld
- Gutes Gespür für Social Media Trends & Best Performer
- Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und echtes Gespür für Menschen
- Volle Verfügbarkeit und den Willen, die Extrameile zu gehen
