About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator to conceptualize, shoot, and produce engaging video content for social media, campaigns, events, product communications, and brand initiatives. The role is primarily focused on content creation and video production, from developing ideas and planning shoots to filming and delivering engaging, platform-ready content.
The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, understands social media trends, is comfortable behind the camera, and can turn ideas, people, products, and everyday moments into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop creative content ideas, plan and execute video shoots, including shot lists, locations, setups, props, and basic production requirements.
- Shoot high-quality video content using professional cameras, smartphones, and other suitable equipment.
- Create short-form content such as Reels, TikToks, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, teasers, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.
- Capture interviews, talking-head videos, employee stories, product demonstrations, events, podcasts, customer stories, and lifestyle content.
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and HR teams to turn concepts and briefs into engaging visual content.
- Direct and guide employees, presenters, and other participants during shoots to achieve natural and engaging performances.
- Handle basic lighting, framing, composition, camera angles, audio, and other aspects of video production.
- Edit and refine footage into polished, engaging content while maintaining strong storytelling, pacing, and brand consistency.
- Create basic motion graphics, captions, animated titles, transitions, and branded visual elements where required.
- Adapt content for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and audience requirements.
- Coordinate and manage content shoots both within the office and at external locations, including events and campaigns.
- Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, templates, creative assets, and content libraries.
- Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, shooting techniques, editing styles, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging digital trends.
- Contribute creative ideas to continuously improve the company's visual presence and social media content.
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in content creation, videography, video production, or a related creative role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video content creation and shooting skills, particularly for social media and digital platforms.
- Hands-on experience with cameras, smartphones, lighting, microphones, and basic video production equipment.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, framing, camera angles, lighting, sound, and pacing.
- Ability to independently manage content from idea and planning → shooting → editing → final delivery.
- Comfortable directing and interacting with people during shoots, including employees, presenters, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in different environments and adapt quickly during on-site shoots and events.
- Willingness to travel for shoots, events, and content production when required.
- Knowledge of photography, cinematography, motion graphics, animation, or visual design is an advantage.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging content creation technologies is a plus.
- Experience in technology, AI, B2B, employer branding, YouTube, webinars, or livestream content is an added advantage.
