YOUR NEW POSITION:

We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to join our team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for creating an attractive and innovative design for our store, analyzing sales rankings, inventorying stock, placing additional orders, replenishing missing sizes, and controlling, evaluating, and analyzing stock levels.

• Knowledge and implementation of our visual merchandising standards.

• Quick response to the need for dismantling, rebuilding, and changing decorations in our stores.

• Optimization of sales space through the use of proper analysis of key data and probability calculations.

• Understanding the profile of our business and immediate response to sales results by looking for solutions that increase the commercial attractiveness of the store.

• Our customer profile, potential product, and recognition of competitors' commercial strategies.

• Conducting communicative discussions with the team about new products, changes in merchandising, and providing good advice on defective goods.

• Ongoing support for the management team in solving a variety of management tasks.

ABOUT YOU:

As a creative and communicative person with a talent for organization, you are committed to achieving optimal sales results and are able to perform effective data analysis. Your interest in fashion, ideally backed by experience in merchandising in the clothing industry, complements your skill set. You stand out with your ability to set priorities and quickly adapt to new tasks, always working to the benefit of the customer, even in stressful and short-term situations. Fluent in English, you are able to take responsibility and use your knowledge and experience. At the same time, you want to develop both professionally and personally in a reputable, dynamic company.
