Job purpose
Responsible for delivering product and taking orders at customer's locations on a scheduled basis to ensure that the customers have the necessary inventory levels to operate their manufacturing or maintenance organizations.
Essential Job Functions
• Delivery- Deliver product to our customers and stock it in the designated cabinets, shelves, etc.
• Provide general support to customers after hours and weekends as necessary within scheduled rotation.
• Order Taking-Once product is put up, write stocking orders to replenish the customers inventory back to the desired levels determined by the customer or by learned consumption.
• Cleanliness-Keep the areas where RBH products are stocked organized, clean and free of debris, relabel bins when necessary if any labels become damaged or unreadable.
• Product Knowledge-Obtain the necessary knowledge to explain product features and benefits and understand the customer’s business and product applications.
• Customer Relations-Maintain good rapport with the customer’s personnel responsible for our VMI responsibilities.

Other Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept in safe running order following a set maintenance schedule.
• Attend product training sessions to help communicate to the customers about the products you are delivering.
• Communicate to the account managers any opportunities or issues that arise so they can be followed up on promptly.
• Work with office staff on any paperwork problems or proof of deliveries that may affect Account Receivables.
• Aid Account Managers with any setups or reorganization of the customer’s inventory.
• Communicate orders, credits or RFQ’s on the proper forms to the inside personnel.
• Use technological tools supplied by RBH to improve customer service and increase sales.
• Become versed in RBH part numbers to be able to send in customer stocking orders.
• Occasionally work inside when needed and at year-end inventory count.
Working conditions

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Effective listening and communication skills.
• High level or motivation, passion, integrity, and mechanical aptitude
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel and have occasional overnights (dependent on territory).
• Experience in hose or fluid power industry is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, physical, and background/MVR.
• Not restricted by an applicable non-compete or non-solicitation agreement.
Physical requirements
• Requires hearing, talking for continuous interface with co-workers, customers, supervisor, managers, etc.
• Requires effective near and far vision.
• Requires sitting, walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, etc.
• Lifting (minimum 30 lbs.)
